• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Items must be in good condition, free from damage beyond normal use.

• Returns must include all original accessories and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer support team at contact@ecogroundhome.com with your order details.

2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exclusions & Conditions:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return.
