EcoGround™ – 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your EcoGround™ purchase. If you’re not fully happy, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund.

📦 Returns & Refunds

✅ Change of Mind Returns

• You may return your item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

• The item must be unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging.

• Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

✅ Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and offer:

• A full refund, OR

• A free replacement at no extra cost.

To request a return:
1️⃣ Contact us at contact@ecogroundhome.com within 30 days of delivery.
2️⃣ Provide clear photos of the issue.
3️⃣ Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label or ship your replacement.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, it must be returned following our 30-day return policy.

📫 Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We’ll investigate and may offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
